2022年春・夏 イチゴ栽培日記 【１】
赤い花が咲く四季なりイチゴ「ローズベリー・レッド」と、
白い実がなる一季成りイチゴ「白蜜香」の栽培記録です。
久しぶりに英語日記として英語でも書いてみたいと思います。
まずは、白い実がなる一季成りイチゴ「白蜜香」の記録です。
First of all, I'll show you the record of "Shiromitsuka",
the strawberry which has white fruits in a period per a year.
１月27日
冬の間は葉が小さく、大きくなっても枯れてしまっていました。
Jan 27
Their leaves were small and they died even if they grow during winter.
４月16日
この頃から葉が大きくなり始めました。
Apr 16
From that time their leaves began to grow.
下の写真は５月２日時点の写真です。
The photo below is as of May 2.
写真の撮り方が違うので、成長の度合いが分かりにくいかもしれませんが😅
葉は増えているし、大きくなっているんです。
また、既に取り除いていますが、ランナーが５本ぐらい出てきました。
It may not be easy for you to realize how they grow because I took these photos
by different angle😅, but they have become bigger. And also,
they bore about five runners, I already removed though.
次は、ローズベリー・レッドの様子です。
Next, I'll show you how "Roseberry Red" is.
４月16日
今シーズン、初めて花が咲きました。

It bloomed the first flower in this season.
５月２日 May 2
ポットを回してみると、あちこちに実がついているのが分かります。
When you turn the pot, you can see the fruits everywhere.
実は沢山つくけれど、実が小さめなのでもっと買っておけばよかったかな…。
今は、続々と咲く花を楽しみつつ、受粉作業を毎日忘れずにやりたいと思います！
I wonder if I should have bought more pots of Rosebeery Red
because they bear a lot of fruits but they are small...
Now, I will try not to forget doing artificial pollination everyday
while I enjoy flowers blooming continuously!
